LeadingAge NY Announces Winner of Polly Vincent DiCesare Scholarship
Gabrielle Waisblatt, director of social services at Valley Health Services, has won the 2021 Polly Vincent DiCesare Scholarship for the LeadingAge NY Nursing and Social Work Professionals Webinar Series being held during the month of November.

Ms. Waisblatt states: “This [scholarship] will allow me the opportunity to grow and expand my knowledge in the field as well as bring this valuable information back to my team and my community of colleagues so we can better serve our residents and families.”
The Polly Vincent DiCesare Educational Memorial Fund was established by her family to commemorate Ms. DiCesare’s dedication to the field of social work and the importance she placed on the education and training of her social services staff.
