For our final experience, please read The Power of Full Engagement by Jim Loehr and Tony Schwartz. The book will be provided during Session 1.

Graduation and Spring Conference

At the conclusion of the session year, we'll acknowledge your accomplishments during the LeadingAge New York Spring Leadership Conference and Expo. Scheduled for May 24-26, 2027, in Saratoga Springs NY. The conference registration fee for the conference is included in your IGNITE tuition. Please note that your hotel accommodations are not included in your tuition and would be the responsibility of your organization.
