Surveying Member Educational Needs on FIDA

LeadingAge NY is collaborating with the Medicare Rights Center to educate providers on the Fully Integrated Duals Advantage (FIDA) program. As you are aware, FIDA is a managed care program for dual eligible beneficiaries in New York City, Long Island and Westchester county that integrates Medicare and Medicaid benefits. The Medicare Rights Center, a national, nonprofit consumer service organization with 25 years of counseling expertise, has received grant funding from the New York State Health Foundation to offer training and educational resources to providers on FIDA.

We have worked with the Medicare Rights Center to develop a FIDA Provider Feedback Survey intended to ensure that the training and educational resources that are offered are responsive to the needs of LeadingAge New York members located in the FIDA region. You can access the survey at the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/DST3JDR. Please rest assured that all responses to the survey will remain confidential, and you are encouraged to share the survey with any colleagues in your organization who are most likely to be interacting with potential FIDA enrollees. The deadline for completing the survey is this Fri., April 17 and it only takes a few moments to complete.

Thank you in advance for providing this important feedback to us. Kindly contact Dan Heim if you have any questions on the survey or the project in general.
