HHS Announces Medicaid Innovation Accelerator Program

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has announced the development of a Medicaid Innovation Accelerator Program -- a new collaboration with states to accelerate health system reforms that improve care while reducing costs.  This program will develop Medicaid-specific resources that promote new service delivery and financing models.  It will provide real-time data and tools to support financial modeling, improve quality measurement, support rapid cycle evaluation capabilities, and facilitate timely dissemination of best practices among states.
