Save the Date for Upcoming Free Value-Based Payment Webinar
In partnership with the national consulting firm Health Dimensions Group (HDG), LeadingAge NY is pleased to announce the final value-based payment (VBP) webinar in the VBP educational series. The webinar will be held on Aug. 17th from noon to 1:30 pm. In concert with this session, HDG and LeadingAge NY will be issuing the Market Assessment and Value-Based Readiness Guide. As with other programs in the series, this webinar and the guide are free to LeadingAge NY members.
In the webinar, Case Studies in Value-Based Payment Transformation, Brian Ellsworth and Beth Carlson, Ed.D. from HDG will discuss Medicaid and Medicare VBP transformation. Examples of how NY’s VBP Roadmap applies to the Managed Long Term Care population, along with case studies of how post-acute providers have successfully worked with value-based payers, will be provided. The session will also include a walk-through of the Market Assessment and Value-Based Readiness Guide.
