As previously communicated, LeadingAge NY and national consulting firm Health Dimensions Group (HDG) will be holding the final value-based payment (VBP) webinar in the VBP educational series on Aug. 17th from noon to 1:30 pm. In the webinar, Case Studies in Value-Based Payment Transformation, speakers from HDG will provide examples of how NY’s VBP Roadmap applies to the Managed Long Term Care population, along with case studies of how post-acute providers have successfully worked with value-based payers. The session will also include a walk-through of the Market Assessment and Value-Based Readiness Guide, a written resource that will be provided to LeadingAge NY members in concert with the webinar.
