DSRIP Weekly Update-Sept. 29, 2015

This week, the State issued a slew of new resources on the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program, including information from the Learning Symposium, a formal DOH update, and several webinars and presentations on specific topic areas.

New DSRIP Update Video From Jason Helgerson

DOH has announced a new DSRIP Update as the latest in the White Board Video Series. Jason Helgerson, the State Medicaid director, discusses key DSRIP updates highlighting the Performing Provider Systems (PPS) shift from planning to implementation, Value Based Payment pilot opportunities, PPS network additions and the DSRIP midpoint assessment.  The video can be viewed here.  

What Came out of the Learning Symposium?

We are excited to share materials from the PPS Learning Symposium that occurred earlier this month. Click here to access the presentations and information. Data Security

DOH hosted a webinar on Sept. 22nd about data security and released additional supporting guidance documents to assist PPSs in understanding and completing their Systems Security Plans.

Domain 2 and 3 Reporting Requirements: Medical Record Reporting

High Performance Fund

The High Performance Fund (HPF) is available for PPSs that achieve high performance on eligible measures. Below is more information.

What’s Happening in DSRIP for the Rest of 2015

Oct. 7th Final approval of PPS First Quarterly Reports/ Domain 1 & Project Implementation Plans.

Oct. 13th Final PPS First Quarterly Reports / Domain 1 & Project Implementation Plans posted to DSRIP Website.

Mid-October Open PPS Performance Networks in MAPP for edits and additions.

Oct. 31st PPS Second Quarterly Report (7/1/15 - 9/30/15) due from PPS.

Late October Close PPS Performance Networks in MAPP for edits and additions.

November DSRIP Notice and Opt out letters mailed to Medicaid members.

Nov. 9th-10th DSRIP Project Approval and Oversight Panel Bi-Annual Meeting.

Dec. 1st Independent Assessor provides feedback to PPS on PPS Second Quarterly Reports and 15-day Remediation window begins.

Dec. 15th Revised PPS Second Quarterly Report due from PPS; 15-day Remediation window closes.

Dec. 30th Final Approval of PPS Second Quarterly Reports.
