DataPoint: MLTC Enrollment

The top ten Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plans represent 60 percent of New York State’s enrollment. Total participation for Medicaid Advantage Plus (MAP), Partial Capitation MLTC Plans, Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), and Fully Integrated Duals Advantage (FIDA) in August exceeded 205,000 members statewide, representing a 3 percent increase since June and a 7 percent increase since February. Overall MLTC enrollment continues to grow upstate as participation increased nearly 5 percent from June to August. FIDA plans saw a 1 percent decrease in enrollment over the two-month timespan.
