DataPoint: ACF Capacity and Utilization, 1st Quarter 2017

New York State ACF occupancy began 2017 at 77.6 percent and finished the first quarter at 78.2 percent. Three of four regions (Western New York, Metro New York City, and Central New York) saw increased occupancy during the quarter. The Capital District’s occupancy decreased slightly, but the region’s ending occupancy percentage (80.1 percent) remained the highest in the state.
