DOH has suspended monthly distributions of COVID test kits to nursing homes and ACFs. Members may contact their local emergency management office if they need test kits. Nursing homes and ACFs may also request test kits from HHS.

The guidance is intended to ensure that claims for oral antivirals are processed appropriately to serve the goals of ensuring beneficiary access to these medications at no cost sharing for as long as possible and utilizing supply that has already been procured by the U.S. government.

Providers who received more than $10,000 in Provider Relief Fund or American Rescue Plan Rural funding between July and December 2022 have until March 31^st to report on use of the funds.
