During a televised address earlier today, the Governor pledged a smooth transition to Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul, who has already begun to assemble a team of qualified staff. Before adopting a mandatory vaccination policy in your facility, we recommend that you review it with your counsel and ensure that it addresses your specific circumstances.
