Nursing Home Staffing Tool Updated with Q1 2022 Data
Nursing home members can access their Calendar Year (CY) 2022 Quarter 1 submitted Payroll-Based Journal (PBJ) data in the updated PBJ staffing tool available for members here. The tool extracts the reported hours for the positions that are included in the State’s staffing level requirements and compares them to the mandated staffing levels. As the next PBJ reporting due date of Aug. 14th closes in, providers should take extra care to ensure accurate and timely reporting, including making use of the validation reports made available by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
