Survey is aimed at collecting 2023 information that DOH needs to verify compliance with minimum spending requirements.

Program provides nursing homes that are in severe financial distress and meet the established criteria with an opportunity to apply for short-term financial assistance.

2023 Cash Receipts Assessment reconciliation adjustments will be reflected in Medicaid payment cycle 2503.

Nursing homes are asked to notify DOH by Aug. 8^th of residents who are actively working toward discharge.

Payments associated with processed appeals will be released in late August.

The reports and required certifications are due July 31^st.
