Attached is facility-level data on nursing home bed and adult day health care slot availability reported in December 2011.  LeadingAge NY makes county-level data available here and here.   The data is as reported by facilities on their bed/slot availability reports submitted to DOH each week.  Please note that the data is not audited and represents point-in-time occupancy that may or may not be representative of a provider’s annual utilization.  Nursing home bed availability by individual home is available on the DOH website here.
