Technical Disruption Impacts Fingerprinting Appointments for Health Care Applicants

(Aug. 26, 2025) The Department of Health’s (DOH) Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) team has reported technical issues affecting its new webservice used for pre-enrollment and fingerprinting appointment scheduling. Providers attempting to transmit applicant data through the system have encountered errors, particularly on the IdentoGO platform, which is currently rejecting valid livescan submissions. This disruption has significantly limited the ability to schedule fingerprinting appointments.

The Department has acknowledged the issue and confirmed that its information technology (IT) team is actively working on a resolution. Once the issue is resolved, DOH will issue a follow-up communication to Authorized Persons at facilities and agencies to confirm restoration of service.
