DOH Announces Restoration of ePOC System

(June 23, 2025) On June 20, 2025, the Department of Health (DOH) issued an informational message announcing the restoration of the Electronic Plan of Correction (ePOC) system. The message states the following:

On or around 05/27/2025, the Department notified nursing home providers of an issue with the ePOC system that required the Department to deploy a redundant process until the system was restored. We are pleased to announce that the ePOC system has been restored. Accordingly, the Department has resumed its normal work process and procedure.
