Minimum Wage Reconciliation Report Due Date Extended to April 5th

The recent shift to the Office of Pool Administration (OPA) website as the platform for submitting quarterly Medicaid managed care minimum wage reconciliation information required plans to use a cumbersome, manual data entry process. In response to plan concerns, the Department of Health (DOH) and OPA are partnering to increase functionality of the site. The improvements will make it possible for plans to upload files with minimum wage expenses and hours of service for each provider. An instructional template will be available from the new Excel file upload page to provide guidance for proper formatting of the Excel file. In notifying plans of the change, DOH indicated that the new functionality is expected to be available this week. Along with the change, DOH extended the due date for minimum wage data for dates of service through March 31, 2018. The new due date is April 5th.
