Next Future of Integrated Care Discussion in Albany on Nov. 16th

The focus of the next Future of Integrated Care meeting will be payment, enrollment, plan qualifications, and participant and provider engagement. It is scheduled for Thurs., Nov. 16th from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Albany (99 Washington Ave., Room 1613). Individuals planning to attend in person are asked to respond by email to FutureofIntegratedCare@health.ny.gov no later than close of business on Nov. 14th with the first and last names of attendees. To participate via webinar/call, register here. On the registration form, enter your information and then click "Submit." Once the host approves your registration, you will receive a confirmation email message with instructions on how to join the event.

Department of Health (DOH) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) staff are holding these meetings to gather stakeholder input on the future design of managed care programs for individuals dually eligible for Medicaid and Medicare, after the expiration of the Fully Integrated Duals Advantage (FIDA) program in 2019. Plan, provider, and consumer input is welcome. The topics to be covered at the final two meetings are listed below. Materials from the first three meetings are available here.
