DOH Updates Regional MLTC Consumer Guides

The Department of Health (DOH) Office of Quality and Patient Safety has updated the Regional Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) Consumer Guides. Print copies of the guides will be part of the member enrollment packets distributed by the State’s Conflict-Free Evaluation and Enrollment Center. The six regional guides each list the MLTC plans, by type, that operate in the region along with their website addresses, member services phone numbers, and service counties.

The guides also list quality ratings based on a subset of measures reported in the 2018 MLTC Quality Report. The measures were selected for inclusion based on their relevance to consumers and include Preventive, Quality of Life, Stability or Improvement, and Consumer Satisfaction domains. The electronic versions of the guides are posted here. A list of each plan’s service area is here.
