DOH Distributes Initial MLTC Quality Results for 2019
The Department of Health (DOH) has distributed preliminary quality results that will be published in the 2019 Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) Report for plans to review. DOH requests that plans review their results and let the Office of Quality and Patient Safety know of any errors or concerns by emailing MLTC_OQPS@health.ny.gov by April 21st. DOH reminds plans that this does not represent an opportunity to change any previously submitted data; it is just to verify that the results reflect what plans submitted to DOH for the January to June 2019 timeframe. Plans should have received the email this week.
