The ESSHI program provides funding to operate permanent supportive, affordable housing units with access to and availability of services for eligible populations, including certain older adults.

The reconciliation text released by the U.S. Senate Finance Committee on June 16^th includes permanent changes to the LIHTC, which LeadingAge supports, but does not include policies the association has been guarding against since early this year, such as a limitation on or elimination of tax exemption for municipal bonds.
