HCR Announces Small Rental Development Funding Opportunity
NYS Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) has announced the availability of funds for the Small Rental Development Initiative (SRDI), which can be utilized by not-for-profit developers to support the creation and preservation of small rental developments of 20 or fewer units.
Applicants have until 4 p.m. on Thurs., April 11th to request between $500,000 and $2 million to fund the new construction, or substantial or moderate rehabilitation, of multi-family rental projects of 5 to 20 units.
