Marketing the Marketing Staff
We asked our members to share the titles of their sales and marketing staff. Some retirement communities are moving away from the word “sales” in their staff titles. Here’s what we received:
- Director of Sales and Marketing & Senior Living Coordinators
- The title for our sales staff is Senior Living Specialist
- Senior Living Consultant
- We use Senior Housing Consultant
- Administrative assistant. She gets a bonus for the sales she makes.
- We have a Sales Manager and Residency Coordinators
- Residency Coordinator
- Community Relations Coordinator and Community Liaison
- Marketing and Sales Director
- Sales Counselor
- Marketing Director and Marketing Counselor
- Marketing and Sales Counselor and Move In Coordinator
- Our community uses the title Retirement Counselor
