HUD to Update REAC Online Training Certification

This year HUD’s Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) Physical Inspection (PASS) training program for Multifamily and Public Housing moved to an online training format that offers a REAC certification.  In the past, training was only available on-site. HUD’s intent is to make this training more convenient for everyone, especially for individuals unable to travel. 

On Dec. 7, HUD is moving to an updated online training platform. The current system is scheduled to close on Dec. 6.  If you are close to completing your curriculum for a certificate, HUD recommends that you complete any pending items and print the certificate before Dec. 6.

LeadingAge New York will inform members when the new online REAC certification training is available.
