HUD Announces PBCA NOFA Award

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has chosen to continue the Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC) and CGI as the Performance Based Contract Administrator (PBCA) in New York State. HTFC Project Director Jackie Robotti contacted LeadingAge NY to say that they look forward to continuing the very positive and effective working relationship with HUD, LeadingAge and the Owners and Agents of HTFC’s PBCA portfolio.

The HTFC's new PBCA contract starts Jan. 1, 2014. The PBCA announcement can be found here or on the HUD PBCA NOFA website.

HUD has also revised the PBCA transition guidebook dated July 30, 2013 that can be found here.
