Update on UAS Carryover Data
As many members know, changes to the Uniform Assessment System for New York (UAS-NY) and its platform were implemented on Aug. 14th. Please know that autopopulation of previous medications and diagnoses can be activated in reassessments with the check of a box at the beginning of the UAS process. If members have knowledge of any other irregularities or concerns with the new format, please feel free to contact our office.
