State Posts New Person Centered Planning Training Resources
(September 16, 2025) The Person-Centered Planning (PCP) Statewide Training Initiative has added the new virtual training sessions listed below to their September, October and November calendars.

Person-Centered Training Opportunities!
The New York State Department of Health, as part of the Person-Centered Planning Statewide Training Initiative, is inviting you to register for upcoming training opportunities. We are happy to share that there are several training sessions available in the next three months, including our newest training module that may be of particular interest to Local Department of Social Services (LDSS) Staff. Please keep reading to learn more and to register!
The virtual trainings are two-and-a-half hour, interactive Zoom sessions on a variety of person-centered topics. Each topic presents a unique set of concepts, skills, ideas, and discussions related to person-centered thinking, planning, and practice. Please note, participants are expected to actively participate due to the interactive nature of the training. This includes having your camera on, fully engaging in breakout group discussions, and responding when prompted by the trainers. How to Register Select an upcoming session from the lists below. Once your registration for a session is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a separate email with your Zoom link the day before the scheduled session.
