DOH FIDA Webinar Exclusively for LeadingAge NY Members

The Department of Health (DOH), in conjunction with LeadingAge NY, has scheduled an informational webinar on the Fully Integrated Duals Advantage (FIDA) demonstration program on Weds., Sept. 24, 2014.

The 90-minute meeting will begin at 1 p.m.

The purpose of this meeting is for DOH staff to provide information on the FIDA program and to answer questions from members.  Please note our previous article on the status of the implementation of FIDA.

The meeting will be held at 90 Church Street, NY, NY in Conference Room 4A/B.  The conference room holds only 100 people. To attend in person, please send me the name and title of attendees for the DOH security desk.

Members who cannot attend in person must register for the webinar to participate in the meeting. Registering will allow those participating via their computers to listen, see the PowerPoint, and submit questions to DOH.
