Personal Care Medicaid Cost Reports Due July 30th

LeadingAge NY reminds members that Medicaid cost reports and certifications for Personal Care Providers are due July 30, 2018. The Dear Administrator Letter (DAL), guidelines, and instructions for Personal Care Providers can be accessed here.

Personal Care Cost Reports are available on the Health Commerce System (HCS) here. Questions about the cost reports should be sent to PersonalCare-Rates@health.ny.gov.
