Third Extension for the FLSA Attestations
On June 15th, the Department of Health (DOH) announced that it would extend the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) attestations deadline from June 16th to June 23rd. This is the third time the date has been extended because of numerous questions and concerns raised by both managed care plans and home care providers.
