Second Extension on the FLSA Attestation Forms
On June 5th, the Department of Health (DOH) notified plans of the second extension to submit the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) attestation forms. The new deadline is now June 16th. The attestation forms apply to home care providers as well as managed care plans. DOH had originally required that the attestation forms be submitted by May 5th , and then June 9th. We again asked for clarification after the extension announcement was sent only to managed care plans last night.
