Extension on the FLSA Attestation Forms
As a follow-up to last week’s report, the Department of Health (DOH) confirmed that the June 9th extension to submit the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) attestation forms applies to home care providers as well as managed care plans. DOH had originally required that the attestation forms be submitted by May 5th. We had asked for clarification after the extension announcement was sent only to managed care plans earlier last week.
