FAQ on LHCSA Statistical Report Issued

Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) should review the newly issued Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document to assist them with completion of the 2017 LHCSA Statistical Report. This report form is now available for completion and due by Nov. 16, 2018. The report form also includes the new registration requirement for LHCSAs, which will result in severe penalties if not completed.

The LHCSA Statistical Report is in a new format and on a new platform. Please give it immediate attention.
