DOH Releases List of Providers Approved for Year 6 QIVAPP Funding
Quality Incentive/Vital Access Provider Pool (QIVAPP) funding for the Year 6 period, which covers April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020, is being collected by the New York State Department of Health (DOH). DOH has issued a list of qualified providers who are eligible for QIVAPP funds. DOH will base fund amounts on reports of actual hours submitted by managed care plans. Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plans are required to submit this data by Aug. 7th. DOH will then later issue draft allocations.
LeadingAge NY will notify members when more information becomes available. QIVAPP funds are only available to providers in the New York City area who meet a set of criteria established by DOH. Additional information on QIVAPP can be accessed on the DOH website here.
