DOH Announces QIVAPP Amounts for Distribution to LHCSAs

The Department of Health (DOH) has provided LeadingAge NY with the Quality Incentive/Vital Access Provider Pool (QIVAPP) funding amounts that qualifying Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) will receive from Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plans for the period April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020. QIVAPP funds are only available to providers in the New York City area who meet a set of quality and employee benefit criteria established by DOH. We will notify member LHCSAs of their forthcoming amount via email.
