The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) will host a webinar for Medicare-certified hospice providers tomorrow, Wed., Dec. 4th, from 2 to 3 p.m. ET to provide updates on the Hospice Outcomes & Patient Evaluation (HOPE) Tool. During this webinar, CMS subject matter experts will provide updates on the following:
- HOPE development
- Information Gathering Phase: Focus group findings and electronic health record (EHR) vendor listening session findings
