Sign Up for DOH Home Care Cost Report Workshops

New home care cost reporting requirements are being implemented this spring for all home care providers across the state. The Department of Health (DOH) and its contractor, KPMG, will be holding a series of workshops regarding the requirement. The training will provide background and guidance on the new cost report, including an overview of the new forms and schedules and the new audit process. Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) and Fiscal Intermediaries (FIs) will need to complete this reporting requirement for the first time ever. Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs) will be changing over to this new reporting process as well.

This free program is open to any and all staff providing cost reporting for the home care provider types listed. Registration (facilitated by the Home Care Association of New York State) for either location is available on one form here. Forms will need to be faxed back to DOH.
