DOH Issues MLTC Policy Regarding CDPAP Non-Emergency Transportation

On July 1st, the Department of Health (DOH) issued Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) Policy 20.03 to allow personal assistants under the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) to provide transportation and accompany consumers to standard medical appointments.
