The Department of Health (DOH) is finalizing its implementation of the incentives afforded to Nursing Home Transition and Diversion (NHTD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) waiver service providers through Section 9817 of the American Rescue Plan (ARP). As previously presented, they will be distributing these incentives to providers. More information on these Appendix K initiatives presented back in June 2022 is available here.

The Department has scheduled a webinar for Wed., Aug. 24, 2022 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. The goal of the webinar is to review the instructions for providers' disbursement plans and the completion of the staff-specific stipend requests. Time will be allocated to address questions.
