Draft LTHHCP Audit Protocols

OMIG has sent the draft LTHHCP audit protocols on May 9 and requested LeadingAge New York's comments within a week. The Association was able to secure an extension until May 23, 2013. The protocols are quite similar to the CHHA protocols that were worked on earlier in the year.

LeadingAge New York will join again with the NYS Association of Health Care Providers and the Home Care Association of New York State and send a joint memo to OMIG regarding our concerns and our requests for language clarification.

At the same time that we have been working on the joint memo, OMIG posted the final protocols for OPWDD Medicaid Service Coordination.
