DOH Announces First Webinar on TBI Waiver Application Changes
The Department of Health (DOH) has scheduled the first in a series of webinars about the provisions of the newly approved Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) waiver application. It will be held this Thurs., Oct. 12th from 1-3 pm. The announcement from DOH, which includes the sign-in information, is below.

Please be advised that this will be an on-line only meeting. There will be a mechanism for you to address any questions via email during the session. Please note that we will also engage OMIG in future discussions regarding compliance issues during this transition period. Additionally, there will be modifications to the Program Manual in order to address more detail, not specified in the application. We continue to review changes with the RRDCs; an FAQ is in draft and more webinars are forthcoming. Continue to send your issues to tbi@health.ny.gov as we will try to address these questions during the webinar. Please be patient and allow us time to provide all of the needed information.
