Take Advantage of VNAA’s Training Opportunities

Visiting Nurse Associations of America (VNAA) Training Opportunities for December

Feature Event:

Driving Efficient Patient Care through Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) Data Accuracy; a Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM) Imperative, sponsored by Fazzi Associates
Wed., Dec. 4th, 12 p.m. ET

With almost a year of OASIS-D testing in Fazzi's vast database of OASIS testing scores, we know the areas of OASIS that clinicians struggle with, including the items that impact financial outcomes, quality outcomes, Star ratings, and Value-Based Purchasing (VBP) scores. We even have early results on OASIS competence relative to PDGM reimbursement from test scores on the items that will drive the functional level of the new Home Health Resource Group (HHRG) calculation. Lastly, we can combine this data with what we know about OASIS-D1 to form valuable insights about OASIS and PDGM. In this session, OASIS and Coding experts Lindsay Doak and Anita Werner will present this data and discuss its implications for patient care and for PDGM financial impact.

This program is sponsored by Fazzi Associates. Learn more.
