January 24, 2013 Settlement in the "Improvement Standard” lawsuit

On Jan. 24, 2013, the federal District Court approved the proposed settlement agreement in Jimmo v. Sebelius first entered into on Oct. 16, 2012, finding the Settlement Agreement to be “fair, adequate, and reasonable.”  For complete details, please click here.
