CGS will be offering the following educational events for home health and hospice clinical staff:

J15 Advanced & Accelerated Payment – Repayment Process

Oct. 21, 2020, 2:30-3:30 p.m. ET

This event is geared toward agencies, facilities, and providers who received an Accelerated or Advanced Payment from Medicare due to the COVID-19 public health emergency. Information will be offered regarding the repayment process and what to expect.

Let’s RAP Home Health Providers

Are you feeling confused or overwhelmed by recent, current, and upcoming changes to your Request for Anticipated Payments (RAPs)? If so, join this educational forum that will surely answer some of your questions and provide a wealth of resources to reduce RAP anxiety. Certifying terminal illness for Hospice Care: the truth and reality

Patients facing the last phase of life are entitled to all the benefits of hospice care, but it can be very difficult to identify patients who qualify under Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) rules. This event will review the criteria and documentation needed to support the patient's terminal condition.
