CMS Posts Webinar on Home Health QRP OASIS Interim Guidance
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) encourages home health agencies to listen to the Home Health Quality Reporting Program’s (HH QRP) Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) Interim Guidance Webinar, held on July 29th.
The webinar highlights some of the more significant OASIS guidance changes that have been made available in recent Quarterly Question and Answer (Q&A) releases and provides an overview of important OASIS data collection clarifications. Recent Q&As and other technical documents can be accessed here.
The webinar is not intended to provide basic or comprehensive OASIS training, but rather to help home health agencies become more familiar with the newer OASIS clarifications and provide them with the tools to apply this guidance when completing patient assessments or educating clinical staff.
