HCBS Webinar Recording on “Achieving Community Integration” Available

The Department of Health’s (DOH) contractor, Public Consulting Group, conducted a training session recently for Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) providers entitled “Achieving Community Integration” in preparation for compliance with the federal HCBS settings rule. This training covers the foundational beliefs of person-centered thinking, staff roles in person-centered thinking, and planning and the LifeCourse framework. To access the recording, click here.
