DOH Issues Updated Transitional Adult Home List

The Department of Health (DOH) has issued a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) and announced that they have updated the list of transitional adult homes based on the census data received.  Transitional adult homes are, by definition, adult homes with a certified capacity of 80 beds or more, in which 25 percent or more of the resident population are persons with serious mental illness.
