Streamlined Application Process for ACFs and Assisted Living Residences
The amendments to the law will ensure that not-for-profit members with more than one adult care facility (ACF) or assisted living facility under their organizational umbrella will be able to take advantage of the streamlined application process. The streamlined process is available to organizations that are in good standing, to become newly licensed to operate a facility with the same licensure as a facility they are already operating.
