EQUAL Funds for Eligible ACFs Have Been Distributed

LeadingAge NY adult care facility (ACF) members that had successful Enhancing the Quality of Adult Living (EQUAL) Program applications should be seeing funds soon, if not already. Members are reminded to follow the conditions of the funding carefully; refer to this Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) for more information. Expenditures must be consistent with the spending plan approved by your residents, and providers must obtain approval from the Department of Health (DOH) for any change in an expenditure plan.
