DOH’s Two-Part Medication Management Education Program Continues Nov. 8th
Adult care facility (ACF)/assisted living (AL) and nursing home members are reminded that the Department of Health (DOH) is offering a two-part medication management education program that is designed for both the ACF/AL and nursing home audience. The first session, held on Oct. 13th, covered the basics, documentation, and recognizing adverse events; the second session, scheduled for Nov. 8th at 12 p.m., will provide additional information regarding documentation and adverse event follow-up.
